The Big House + Granite Room Galleries The exhibit will feature (a) Eli Harrell, an Atlanta native who will present a collection of his most recent work in abstract oils, (b) Yanaëlle Cornez, a literature teacher at Atlanta International School with a passion for Art at large presenting some collage work, (c) Andrea Scarantino, a philosophy professor at GSU, whose work is a response to Max von Sydow’s warning to an art customer in Hannah and Her Sisters: “You don’t buy paintings to blend in with a sofa!”. All of Andrea’s paintings are designed to be paired with sofas. April 13th, 2012 |
